Thank you for buying images from PixelBloomStudio.store. We provide high-quality digital stock images for personal and commercial use. Please note that due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once an image has been purchased and delivered, no returns, exchanges, or refunds are allowed.

Returns

All images purchased from PixelBloomStudio.store are digital downloads and cannot be returned. Once downloaded, the files are considered delivered.

Refunds

No refunds will be provided for any purchased images, including:

Single or bundled stock images
Downloadable digital assets
Custom or licensed image files

Exception – Damaged or Defective Files
If a downloaded image file is corrupted, inaccessible, or defective, please contact us immediately at admin@pixelbloomstudio.store. After verification, we will provide a replacement download link at no additional cost.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not possible because all products are digital downloads. Please carefully review image previews and license information before purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

All products on PixelBloomStudio.store are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

Digital stock images
Bundled image packs
Custom or licensed digital files

Return Shipping

Not applicable – all products are digital downloads.

Processing Time

For defective or corrupted files, replacement downloads will be provided within 1–2 business days after verification.
